FED/STATE EMPLOYMENT TAXES (FSET)

The TIGERS Fed/State Employment Taxes (FSET) program includes schemas for quarterly tax Withholding and Unemployment Insurance filing, payment, and annual reconciliation. It also supports enrollment of employers by payroll service providers, and data exchange between payroll service providers and state agencies. New employee and new contractor reporting from employers to states is also supported.

In spite of its name, FSET is not currently a true fed/state program; all filings are made directly to the states by taxpayers or their agents. Please click here to learn more about this program.
